Bath Zone recently supplied us with an entire bathroom suite, including wall and floor tiling and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. We have a small and very awkwardly shaped bathroom, which required a lot of tweaking of plans and back and forth, but the team there were so helpful with their suggestions and recommendations. I’m sure I was hugely annoying with my constant questions, but as these guys really do know their stuff, I was reassured at every turn. The delivery went smoothly and the aftercare has also been second to none. We had a couple of issues with the fitters (NOT fitters that were recommended by Bath Zone, I hasten to add), but if there were things I was unsure of, I was able to give them a quick call, email or pop in and they were super helpful. The fitters also managed to break a couple of the smaller items, but again, Bath Zone came through for me and were able to easily arrange replacements for me: there was even one item that was only available as part of a set according to all suppliers that we and the fitters spoke to, but Bath Zone were able to source the piece individually for us within a matter of days. Excellent service, excellent products and would definitely recommend them. The bathroom looks brilliant.

We updated our family bathroom and the downstairs cloakroom. They were extremely helpful in helping us to decide what to have, and gave us computer generated pictures so we would see what the finished rooms would look like. We were very impressed with the vast selection of items to choose from and everything was exceptional quality. Nothing was too much trouble and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
